  New Delhi, May 16: The Indian Army's Eastern Command chief Lt Gen RP Kalita  said on Monday that China's People's Liberation Army (PLA) is augmenting the infrastructure capacity along the entire international border in Arunachal Pradesh. Kalita said that the Indian side is also continuously upgrading its infrastructure and capabilities as a preparation to deal with any possible situation along the border. Lt Gen RP Kalita, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Eastern Command, said in a press conference, "A lot of work is being done on infrastructure development across the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in the Tibet region."  The other side is continuously upgrading its road, rail and air connectivity so that it is better able to act in any situation and mobilize the forces. Lt Gen Kalita said Chinese officials have also set up border villages along the LAC so that they can be used to meet both these goals.  "We are continuously monitoring the situation,"
