In June last year, many Chinese soldiers who were adventurous in the Galvan Valley were killed in a clash with Indian heroes, but the dragon did not perform them with military honors until the funeral, with which the families of the soldiers there expressed resentment in the tongue  Had.  In such a situation, China cannot digest the honor given to soldiers in India.  China has been irritated by the gallantry awards given to the martyrs of Galvan Valley on Republic Day and has described it as a tense step.
The Chinese government's mouthpiece Global Times has expressed its displeasure at the awarding of the second highest military honor to Colonel Santosh Babu, the commanding officer of the 16 Bihar Regiment, who was martyred in the Galvan Valley, and other soldiers, including Mahavir Chakra.

The Global Times wrote to Chinese experts that the ninth round of talks showed some positivity and China is constantly sending Goodwill messages to calm things down, but India's provocative moves will send a message to the world and our people that  India does not want a solution to the border dispute.  He does not want peace and stability on the border.

Zhao Gancheng, director of the Center for Asia-Pacific at the Shanghai Institute for International Studies, told the Global Times that India, surrounded by epidemics, economic recession and farmers' movements, wants to divert people's attention through anti-China measures.  Zhao also said that the deadlock will continue after the winter has passed and China needs to be cautious.

Experts who keep an eye on China say that China is actually restless due to the respect of Indian soldiers because it makes them worry about the rebellion of their soldiers.  He feels that seeing the respect of soldiers in India, his soldiers can also ask for their respect and rights.  The Chinese soldiers killed last year in the Galvan Valley are buried quietly.  The country was not even told his name.

On June 15 last year, there was a violent clash between the soldiers of the two countries in the Galvan Valley, in which 20 soldiers of India were martyred.  A large number of Chinese soldiers were also killed, but China has not yet revealed their exact numbers and their names.  India has recorded the names of all the martyred soldiers in the National War Memorial before Republic Day.

In June last year, Colonel B. B., who led his troops against the attack of the Chinese army in the Galvan Valley in eastern Ladakh.  Santosh Babu is posthumously awarded the second highest military honor Mahavir Chakra.

According to an official announcement made on Monday, he has been awarded this medal for showing indomitable courage in the presence of the enemy.

Four other soldiers who were martyred in the skirmish in the Galwan Valley - Naib Subedar Nuduram Soren, Havildar (Gunner) K.  Palani, Nayak Deepak Singh and soldier Gutej Singh have been awarded the Vir Chakra.

Havildar Tejinder Singh of the Three Medium Regiment of the Indian Army has also been awarded the Veer Chakra.

Colonel Babu of the 16 Bihar Regiment led the way and faced the enemy, despite being severely wounded and adverse conditions.  In Ladakh, the Indian Army has already built a memorial for the heroes of Galvan.

The monument mentions the mighty warriors of Operation 'Snow Leopard' who forced the troops of the People's Liberation Army of China to retreat.
