तबही गुरु प्रिय बैन कहि शीष बढ़ी चित  प्रिय । ते कहिये गुरु सनमुखां कबहुँ न दीजै पीठ ।। शिष्य के मन में बढ़ी हुई प्रीति देखकर ही गुरु मोक्षोपदेश करते हैं ।अतः गुरु के सम्मुख रहे कभी विमुख मत बनो।
